Updates have been relatively infrequent recently, I know.  Rest assured, it's not because nothing has been happening.  Quite the contrary, I've been extremely busy!  This will be the last update for a while.  It's kind of a meta-update, including journal entries posted to LiveJournal and more recently MySpace.  Also, several new Wisdoms!  I'm making the switch to Mac from PC, and as a result using the opportunity to perform a long-overdue redesign of Travisrichey Dot Net.  It'll be from scratch, though, so might be a bit.

Also, the triumphant return of Siv-Art Productions!!  We've gone into production recently on a new short film that I'm very excited about.  Stay tuned for more details on that.

Cry of the Winged Serpent is starting to get some press in Sci-Fi circles, mostly because B-movie master Roger Corman co-produced it.  No announcements about the air date, but I will certainly keep you guys updated here.  Check out the August 5th journal entry for details on the shoot itself.  Suffice it to say it should be great fun to watch.

I'm still contributing DVD and video game reviews for Collider.com, though my busier schedule has forced me to cut back a bit recently.  Run a search for Travis Richey from the main page to see a list of my reviews.  It's interesting to see my writing progress as I force myself to write more often.  I know, now I have to transfer that fertility to this site.  Oh, and if it offends, forgive my insinuation that Yogi Bear was gay.  But he was.  Obviously.

The very hush-hush project I mentioned earlier is still very hush-hush, although it's not moving along at the pace I'd hoped.  I'm not quite sure why, but that's Hollywood for you.  Very few people have the power to actually get entertainment produced, and it's a matter of finding those people and getting them to like your idea enough to give you money.  This'll probably be the last I speak of it until something bigger happens.  Cross your fingers for me.
